You can view how-to videos for SnapPlus reports at http://snapplus.wisc.edu/news-help/how-to-videos/.
The Reports screen allows you to generate, view, print and save reports for the farm.
There are five sets of reports to choose from: Nutrient Management Plan, Farm Management, Soil Loss, Water Quality, and Data Dump. Each report will have a dialog box to select the years and other report-specific parameters and preparer information. There is a fifth category of reports (Data Dump), which can be used for making your own reports in Excel.
As the reports are generated, the SnapPlus calculations will be updated as needed. If you have many fields in a farm, this update run may take a long time. In that case, consider running the report on a subfarm or groups to work on a subset of your fields. Note that only fields which are active will be included in the reports.
