The Nutrient Applications by Season display is accessed from the main View menu or by using the short-cut buttonIN_NutrientApplicationBySeasonButton. This dialog displays the total amounts planned or actual for each source by season.  The annual amounts available, planned and remaining are also displayed. The amounts available are taken from the Manure/Bio Data on the Nutrient Sources screen. The label in the lower right shows the number of acres that have applied manure.

KV View tab   Nutrient Applications by Seasons 2019

This dialog box will stay up as you move around from screen to screen in SnapPlus.  When you make applications from the Cropping Screen this dialog will be visible but you will not be able to access it to change any settings.  The same is true when you are using the rotation wizard.

Nutrient Applications by Season Controls:

No. of years: used to display a single year or multiple years of data.

Display options: allows you to filter the data displayed by source type (Manure, Grazing, and Biosolids and Fertilizer).

Refresh: should be clicked after changing applications from the cropping screen or any other means.

Informational text:

oUpper right - When the models are up to date, the farm averages for soil loss and the P Index are displayed. The acres displayed is the total of the farmed acres for the fields that have valid model results. For example, if one field is not up to date you might see Nutrient Applications by Season - averages 2019

oLower right - The total farmed acres and the number of acres applied in the Start crop year. The applied acres for a field may not exceed the field's farmer acres.

oAcross the bottom - The number of acres that received each type of nutrient is displayed under each check box. The acres for manure is always visible while the others are visible if the corresponding check box is checked. If there are lime applications, they will be displayed when the fertilizer check box is checked. Because a field may receive applied manure, biosolids and grazing, the sum of those three may exceed the applied acres for the year. Example: Manure was spread on all of field 09's 5 farmed acres in the spring and all 5 acres were grazed in the fall. Each of those numbers would be represented in the Acres of manure and Acres of grazing. The number of acres that field 09 received in manure, biosolids or grazing is 5 so that is the contribution to the Applied acres.
