Point features are Drinking wells, Public wells Irrigation wells, Sinkholes, Non-metallic mines, Fractured bedrock at the surface, Other direct conduits to groundwater, Tile inlets,  and Tile outlets. The appropriate buffers will be created when the point feature is drawn. To create a point feature click Drawing Tools | Draw a Feature | Point. Select the type of point feature you would like to create and check if you want to include a name for each point. Now just click on the map where you would like to create your point feature.
